The Waller County Child Welfare Board is always looking for financial and in-kind donations to better serve the needs of our children.
To give a financial donation, please make checks payable to Waller County Child Welfare Charity and mail donation to P.O. Box 664, Hempstead, TX 77445.

To donate NEW ITEMS to our “Rainbow Room”, please deliver to Child Protect Services (CPS) at 1739 13th Street, Hempstead, TX 77445 between 8am - 5pm.
